How to set Challan should not be deleted after loading in sale bill in Marg Software ?
With the help of Marg Software, the user can easily set that software will not delete the record of challan even though after loading it into the sale bill.
In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the given steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Delete Challan'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Delete Challan' window will appear.
- In 'Delete Challan record after Loading' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will not delete the challan if it has been loaded into the sale bill.
- Suppose user has created challan of number 'CA000003'
- Then, loading that challan into the sale bill.
- Now the user will save the bill by pressing 'Ctrl+W' key.
- A 'Save Changes' window will appear.
- The user will click on 'Yes' to save the changes.
- Thereafter the user can view that the challan has been loaded into the bill and has also been properly saved into sale account.
- Also, the user can view the loaded challan in the records of challan as well.
