How to set the Purchase Rate should be picked on the basis of the last transaction rate of the party in the Purchase Bill ?

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Last Rate”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Last Rate window will appear.

• In 'Pick Purchase Rate,Dis,Deal from Y-Last/Party last/N-Default/X-No' option, the user will select 'P'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will be picked purchase rate on the basis of last transaction rate of a party.
