1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

2. A Control Room window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

3. Search “Pending Challan”. Now click on ‘Accept’.

4. A pending challan window will appear. In ‘Load Pending Challans A-Automatic S-Selection C-Challan No. N-Not Required’ set “S”.

5. The user will now press Escape key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps the KOT pending window will display while billing.
