If ' Item Not in Series ' alert appears while selecting Item in Sale Bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

If at the time of selecting Item while Billing an alert of 'Item not in Series' show then it can easily be resolve in Marg Software. To know the process the user needs to follow the below process: 

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Series Item List'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Series Item List' window will appear.
  • In 'Item List = All / C-Company / X-Category / S-Series Wise Billing' option, the user will select 'A'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the alert of 'Item not in Series' will not show at the time of selecting item while billing.
