How to print Purchase Order (Import) in default GUI99 Format in Marg Software?

If the import purchase order is printing in DMP format but the user needs to print it in GUI format then it can be done easily.

In order to print import purchase order in GUI format, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Print Export'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Print Export' window will appear.

• In 'Print Bill in place of Export Invoice' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the import purchase order will get printed in GUI format.
