If the Challan No. does not show when Challan converted into bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
In Marg ERP Software, if the Challan No. does not show after converted challan into a sale bill then this issue can be resolved.
In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the will Search “Ask Field”.
- Click on ‘Accept’.
- An Ask Field window will appear.
- In 'Ask book field as Challan No.' option, select “N”.
- The user will now press Escape key twice.
- Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.
After following the above steps, the Challan No. will be displayed on sale bill.
