If the Challan No. does not show when Challan converted into bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if the Challan No. does not show after converted challan into a sale bill then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

  • Control Room window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

  • Controls window will appear in which the will Search “Ask Field”.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • An Ask Field window will appear.
  • In 'Ask book field as Challan No.' option, select “N”.

  • The user will now press Escape key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Challan No. will be displayed on sale bill.
