Home > Margerp > Inventory > How to resolve this issue if at the time of creating new patient, software does not save patient ID ?
1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.
2. A Control Room window will appear. Select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.
3. Search “Patient”. Now click on ‘Accept’.
4. A Patient window will appear. In ‘Patient v/s Ledger’ set “X/Y”.
5. The user will now press Escape key twice. Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
