In Marg ERP software, the user can disable the record of bill printing in sale book and purchase book.

In order to disable printing record, the user will follow the below steps:

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Record”.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A Record window will appear.

• In 'Required record of how many times Sales & Purchase Bills print's' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can disable the record of bill printing from the sale book and purchase book.
