• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Index Bill'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Index  Bills' window will appear.

• In 'Index Issue Bills' option, the user will select 'R'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the items will get indexed on the basis of Rack No. of the items.

Suppose, the user simply selected three items randomly in the sale bill.

Now after the saving of the bill or at the time of printing software will index the bill according to the rack no. (as shown below)
