How to Transfer Stock from one Rack Number to Another Rack Number in Marg Software?
With the help of Marg Software, the user can Transfer Stock from One Rack Number to Another Rack Number .
Suppose there is an item 'Colgate' whose current Rack No. is '2004' and the user needs to transfer it to Rack No. '2022'.
In order to transfer Stock from one Rack Number to Another Rack Number, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Rack'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Rack' window will appear.
- In 'Rack No. Required' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- Now, Go to Masters > Inventory Masters > Rack No. Transfer.
- A 'Rack No. Transfer' window will appear.
- The user will feed the New Rack No. in which Stock needs to be transfer.
- Suppose feed '2022'.
- A 'Transfer In Rack No' window will appear.
- In 'Item Description' the user will select that item whose Rack No needs to be change.
- In 'Old Rack No': Once the user will select the item, old rack no will get auto fetched.
- Now, the user will press 'F10' key.
- An alert of 'Transfer in Rack No.' will appear.
- The user needs to select 'Yes' to save the changes.
- An alert of 'Rack No. updated!' will appear.
- Now, The user will click on 'Ok'.
After following the above steps, the user can Transfer stock from One Rack Number to another Rack Number in Marg Software.
