How to set the doctor details should not be saved in the doctor records after billing in Marg Software ?
Marg ERP has a provision to save doctor and patient details after saving the bill. But if the user wants to disable this option then it can be done easily in the setup.
In order to do the same, follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Doctor”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A Decimal window will appear.
- In 'Stock in 2/3/4/6 decimal', option the user will select '2'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.
After following the above steps, the software will not save the doctor details after saving the bill.
