If Self Define Field of Item does not ask at the time of creating bill then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
This issue appears when the user has not been enabled the setup from the control room.
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Self”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A Self window will appear.
- In 'Self defined fields : Bill Item Defa+Item/Item' option, the user will select 'D'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
Then the user needs to Run File Maintenance.
After following the above steps, the Self field of bill item will get displayed while billing.
