How to index the batch on the basis of expiry date on batch window in Marg Software?
With the help of Marg ERP software, the user can index the Batch as per the requirement on the batch window i.e. Expiry, Mfg. Date, Fifo Date and Batch wise etc., In order to index batch on the basis of Expiry date, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Open Batch Window”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- An 'Open Batch Window' window will appear.
- In 'Open Batch Window Index on Y-Expiry M-Mfg.Date F-Fifo Date B-Batch Name' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
Then an alert window will appear 'Updation Required!', click on 'Yes' in order to run file maintenance.
After following the above steps, the batch window will get indexed on the basis of expiry date.
