How to activate only one other head at the time of billing in Marg Software?

In Marg ERP software, the user can enable the 3 other head charges fields at the time of billing as per the requirement.

In order to activate only one other head, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Other Head”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An Other Heed window will appear.

• In 'Ask 1/2/3 Other Add/Less (eg.Freight,Packing etc.) on Billing' option, the user will select '1'.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will be asked for only other head charges while billing.
