If Cursor does not wait on Item Discount at the time of billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
If at the time of billing the cursor is not waiting on item discount, then this issue can be resolved.
In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Ask Discount'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- An 'Ask Discount' window will appear.
- In 'Hide item discount option on Billing if Discount Applicable in N' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user can enter the item discount at the time of billing.
1. Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
2. A 'Control Room' window will appear.
3. The user will select ‘Search in all’.
4. A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Wait'.
5. Now click on ‘Accept’.
6. A 'Wait' window will appear.
7. In 'In Billing wait on 1-All 2-Disc+Tax 3-Qty 4-Qty+Free' option, the user will select '1'.
8. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
9. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
