If item wise default sale qty does not pick while billing, then this issue can be resolved. In order to resolve this issue the user will follow the below steps:

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Default Sale Qty”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Default sale qty window will appear.

• In 'Default Sales Quantity (BarCode Qty.) [-1 For All,1,2,3...]' option, the user will remove the default qty which is mentioned beside this option.

• The user will now press Esc key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will get picked item wise default sale qty while billing.
