How to set, the last transaction Rate should be picked at the time of creating Sale Return entry in Marg Software ?
In order to pick the last transaction at the time of creating Sale Return entry, the user will follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Last Rate”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Last Rate' window will appear.
- In 'Return Rate,Dis,Deal from Party Last in B-Both P-Purc S-Sale X-No' option, the user will select 'B'.
- The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will pick the last transaction rate at the time of create Sale Return entry.
Suppose 'Return Amlogard 5Mg @ 400'.
Now the user can view the software will pick the last transaction rate of the item.
