If at the time of creating brk exp entry, software shows the field of remark and user needs to disable it then this can easily be done:

In order to disable it, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Print Batch'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Print Batch' window will appear.

• In 'Ask Print Batch option used as Remark in Brk/Exp', option the user will select 'X'.

•  The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the Remark option will get disabled from the Brk/Exp window.
