• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Pick Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Pick Rate' window will appear.

• In 'Pick Purchase Rate,Dis,Deal from Y-Last/Party last/N-Default/X-No' option, the user will select 'X' 

• In 'Return Rate,Dis,Deal from Party Last in B-Both P-Purc S-Sale X-No' option , the user will select 'X' 

• Then Press 'ESC' key .

• Again 'Control Room' window will appear , user will select 'Search In All'.

• In 'Controls' window user needs to search 'Generate Rate' and click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Generate Rate' window will appear.

• In ' Always-Y / At the time of Purchase-P' option, the user will select 'P'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• After following the above steps Marg Software will generate Lot Rate on the basis of current Purchase Rate in Purchase Bill in Marg Software.

• Suppose select 'Crocin'.

• Now mention Purch. Rate Rs. '60' and feed in Lot Scheme '10+1'

Now software will generate Purch. Rate Rs.54.55 as considering Rs 60 as current purchase rate. 

Calculation for the purchase Rate : 60/11= Rs 5.45. Hence, Rs 60-5.45 = Rs 54.55.
