How to disable Bill Series on Daily Bases in Marg Software?
In Marg Software the user can enable Bill series on Daily bases. This option facilitates the user to maintain the bill numbering on Day bases.
Suppose if user will create a sale bill on 01-04-2022 then it will pick bill number 'A000001'.
Now the software will auto pick bill series on 2-4-2022 again from 'A000001'.
If the user needs to disable this option then it can easily be done in Marg Software.
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Daily'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Daily' window will appear.
- In 'Bill No. Annualy/Monthly/Daily/Party monthly/paRty annualy' option, the user will select 'A'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the daily bill series will get disabled in Marg Software.
