How to resolve this issue if selling Item on zero Rate then Item Qty shift in Free Column after saving the bill in Marg Software?

If the user is facing issue of at the time of selling item on zero rate then the qty of item is being automatically shifting in free after saving bill, then this issue can easily be resolved in Marg Software.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Merge Duplicate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Merge Duplicate' window will appear.

• In 'Merge duplicate items. Type <#7%>' option, the user needs to remove '#7%'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the qty of item will not be shift in free if selling item on zero rate in Marg Software.
