If balances of Ledger and Item do not show proper then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Pop Up'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Pop Up' window will appear.
- In 'Show Balance with Popup Screen for Y-Both/L-Ledger/S-Item/N-No' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user needs to refresh the balance of Item & ledger.
