How to enable Bill Discount on ### Item in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search '###'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A '###' window will appear.
- In 'Bill discounts are allowed on ### items' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- Now go to Transaction > Bill.
- The user will feed Date and necessary details i.e. Party Name,Bill No. as per the requirment.
- Then user will press 'Enter' key on item part.
- Now the user will select '###' Item.
- Suppose select 'Freight'.
- The user will mention the amount of the ### item.
- Suppose mention '100'.
- Then user will press 'Tab' key.
- The user cursor will wait on 'Dis.', here user will mention the percentage of Bill Discount.
- Suppose mention '10'.Press 'Enter' key
- Now the user can view that the software is allowing to issue the Bill discount on '###' Items.
- The user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.
- Then select 'Save Bill' to save the changes.
