If Software is picking Sale Rate Automatically at the time of Purchase Bill then this issue can be easily resolve in Marg Software.

• Suppose there is an Item 'Disprin' whose 'Sale Rate' is Rs. 20 and Purchase Rate is Rs. 10.

• The user can view that the Software is automatically creating purchase bill, Sale Rate Rs. 20 in Purchase bill.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Purchase Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Purchase Rate' window will appear.

• In 'Purchase on Sales Rates [Y] / Ask Party Wise [P]' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will not pick sale rate at the time of purchase bill, however creates the purchase bill with purchase rate itself.
