If Software auto pick Cash Amount on Mode of Payment window then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
If Software auto pick Cash Amount on Mode of Payment window then this issue can be easily resolve in Marg Software:
In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Split'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Split' window will appear.
- In 'Shift Bill Value in Cash in R-Retail W-Wholesale B-Both' option, the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the software will not autopick the Amount of Cash in Mode of Payment window.
