Marg Software has a provision to enable Rate in decimal in Export Invoice as per the requirement.

In order to enable Rate in decimal in Export Invoice, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Rate in Decimal'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Rate In Decimal' window will appear.

• In 'Rate in 0,1,3,4 Decimal for P-Purchase Y-Sale & Purchase N-2 Decimal' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• In 'How Many Decimal Required In Export Rate', the user will select '4'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then the user will click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Rate will show with 4 Decimal in Export Invoice in Marg Software.
