In Marg Software, if the Bill series number does not show proper then the user can easily maintain the bill record on the bases of Party Bill no. or Entry number.

In order to Manage bill Series, the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Record Bases'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’

• A 'Record Base' window will appear.

• In 'Manage Record on the bases of' option, the user will select the option as per the requirement.

• a. Party Bill/Challan No.: If the user needs to manage record on the bases of Party Bill No. or Challan No. select 'A'.

• B-Our Bill/Challan No.: If the user needs to manage record on the bases of Entry Number select 'B'.

• Suppose select 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

Now the user needs to Re-Save All old bills.

After following the above steps, the Bill Number Series Record will show proper in Ledger Transaction Register in Marg Software.
