In Marg Software there is an option available for Unlimited Remark which is used to give Multiple Remark on a particular bill. Like, if the user has some Urgent orders to Dispatch then the user can place a Remark of 'Urgent' and at the time of billing this Remark reminds him for Urgent delivery of goods.

However, if the user needs to disable the Unlimited Remark window then it can be easily done.

In order to disable Unlimited Bill Remark window, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

•  A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Unlimited Remark'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Unlimited Remark' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask Unlimited Lines for Bill Remark’, the user will select ‘N’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now, click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Unlimited Bill Remark window will get disabled at the time of Billing in Marg Software.
