In Marg Software, if the user needs to display Item Remark at the Place of Item Name on Billing window then it can be done easily.

In order to enable Item Remark on Billing window, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Remark Display'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Remark Display' window will appear.

• In 'Display Item Remark in Place of Full Item Name' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• At the time of Billing, the user will press 'F2' key on Item's Qty in which Remark needs to be feed.

• An 'Item Levies' window will appear.

• In 'Remark' the user will mention the remark as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'Sold'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Item Remark at the Place of Item Name will get enabled on Billing window.
