How to pick Last Purchase Quantity in Shortage while billing in Marg Software?

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Last Pick'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Last Pick' window will appear.

• In 'Pick Last Issue/Receive Quantity in Bill 1-Sale 2-Purchase O-PO 3-Both N-No' option, the user will select 'O'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will autopick the Last purchase quantity in Shortage while billing in Marg Software.
