In Marg Software if at the time of creating BRK/EXP Receive Entry software is asking for Party Number and user needs to disable it then it can be done easily.

In order to disable Party Number in BRK/EXP Receive Entry, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear.Then user will Search 'Party No'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Party No' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask Party Bill No. in 1-Purc 2-Purc+Brk/Exp 3-All 0-No', the user will select '1'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party Number in BRK/EXP Receive Entry will get disabled in Marg software.
