• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Indicate MRP'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Indicate MRP' window will appear.

• In ‘Indicate if MRP -< Billing Rate', the user will select 'Y'.

• In 'Indicate-Y Ban-B if Sales Rates < Purchase Rates or S.Rate > MRP', the user will select 'B'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the software will Ban Item Billing if the user will sell the item at the Rate which is greater than MRP.
