In Marg Software, if ‘Mobile Must’ alert appears while creating Retail Bill then it can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve ‘Mobile Must’ alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Must'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Must' window will appear.
• In 'Patient/Customer Code Y-Must N-Not Necessary’ option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Mobile Must alert will get disabled in Marg Software.
