• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Volume Disc'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Volume Disc' window will appear.

• In 'Ask in Billing Y-Always P-Purc. N-On F2 X-No' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now while creating Sale Bill, the user will press 'F2' key on Item Qty in which Volume Discount needs to be given.

An 'Item Levies' window will appear.

In 'V. Disc', the user will select on which base Volume Discount needs to be given as per the requirement.

1. U PerUnit: Select the option if needs to give discount on Item per unit.

2. L Lumpsum: Select the option if needs to give discount in lumpsum.

3. W Weight: Select the option if needs to give discount on Weight Base.

4. P (%): Select the option if needs to give discount in percentage.

Suppose select 'L Lumpsum' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now the user will metion the Volume Discount.
• Suppose mention '10' and press 'PageDown' key.

After following the above steps, the user can enable Ask Volume Discount on 'F2' key while billing in Marg Software.
