• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Negative'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

•  An 'Negative' window will appear.

• In 'Negative quantity allowed in Billing' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the software will not allow user to create Bill if Stock not Available in Marg Software.

1. Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

2. A 'Password & Authority' window will appear. select the user.

3. Select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter' key.

4. A 'Powers' window will appear. Search ‘Negative’ then click on ‘Accept’.

5. Then a 'Negative' window will appear. In ‘Negative Stock allowed ’ option, the user will select 'D'.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

7. The user will now press 'ESC' key and then click on 'Yes'.

8. From the main window, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key and then enter the user Id and password.

9. Now the user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.
