In Marg Software if Cases Qty auto pick in Bill Detail window while Billing then it can be resolved easily.

• Suppose while creating Sale bill user load Qty '5'.

• The user can view Total Qty '5' will get auto pick in Cases option in Bill Detail window.

In order to set Qty should not pick in Cases, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Cases'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Cases' window will appear.
• In 'No of cases Replace with Total Box/Unit2-Y,Item-I,Qty-Y,Weight-W', option the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Cases Qty will not pick on Bill Detail window while billing in Marg Software.
