In Marg Software, if while converting sale Challan into Sale Bill Item does not display then it can be due to series-wise Billing enabled.

In order to display Item, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Item List'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Item List' window will appear.
• In 'Item List = All / C-Company / X- Category / S-Series Wise Billing', option the user will select 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Item will get displayed while converting Sale Challan into Sale Bill in Marg Software.
