In Marg Software, if the user generates the rate of an item and wants that rate should be rounded off if generated in decimal and also increases the Rate by 5 then it can be done easily.

Suppose an Item 'Acnederm' Purchase Rate is '15.63' and after generating a rate by 10% of the Purchase Rate, its Selling Rate is '17.190' which is in decimal.

In order to Round Off Generate Rate by increasing Rate by 5 of Item, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Round Off Generate Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Round Off Generate Rate' window will appear.
• In 'Generate Rates - Sales/Purchase Rates Roundoff', option the user will select '8'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now the Generated Sale Rate is '20' (Purchase Rate 15 + 5 ).

After following the above steps, the user can view Generate Rate will get Round Off by increasing Rate by 5 of Item in Marg Software.
