In Marg Software, if while making Payment Entry, Party details does not display then it can be resolved easily.

In order to display Party details on Payment window, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Right Click'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Right Click' window will appear.
• In 'Load Customer Sales on right Side windows N-On Click Y-Show D-Default', option the user will select 'Y'.
• In 'Load Customer Status on right Side windows N-On Click Y-Show D-Default', option the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party Details will get displayed while making Payment Entry in Marg Software.
