In Marg Software, if while creating a Sale bill, some fixed number of calculations display then it can be resolved easily.

In order to remove Fix Calculation, the user needs to follow the below step:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Ask Calculation.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• The user can view 'Ask Calculation Type on Billing' is enabled for Sale and only 2,9 calculations are defined to display.

Case 1. Remove only Calculation, so that all calculations will be displayed.

Case 2. Disable the option, so that the software will not ask for calculation.

Suppose in 'Ask Calculation Type on Billing Y-Both/Sale/Purch/Other+Pur/Return' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Remove Fix Calculation while Billing in Marg Software.
