If Rate does not Adjust on the basis of Qty and Amount in Petrol Setup then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Multi Unit'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- In 'Y-Ask/I-Item Master/B-Item & Ask', option the user will select 'N'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- Now the user will create a bill and load details as per the requirement.
- Suppose mention Qty '5'.
- In 'Rate', field the user will not mention the rate and press 'Enter' key.
- Now the cursor will wait in the Amount field, mention the amount the customer demanded for Petrol.
- Suppose mention '5600'.
- The user can view Rate will get auto adjusted as per the Qty and mentioned Amount.
- Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and save the bill.
