Overview Of Last Deal

Last Deal feature allows users to view the item’s rate, discount, and MRP from the last sale to the customer while creating a sale bill. In Marg ERP Software, users can easily activate this feature to see the last deal details for each item during the billing process.

Process To Enable Last Deal In Sale Bill of Marg ERP Software

Note: Basic Edition of Marg software does not have the feature of the last deal feature.

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Last Deal'.
• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• In 'Last Deals of Sales at the time of Billing' option, the user will mention the number of the last deal that needs to be viewed.
• Suppose mention '5' (Maximum range is up to 6).

• In 'Batch/Size wise deal in Sale & Sales Order' option, the user will select 'Y' (In case of batch wise setup).

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Thereafter, the user needs to Create History.
• Creates a Sale Bill, selects party and Load item, the user can view the Last deals of 'Acnedrem Lot'.

After following the above steps, the user can Enable Last Deal in Sale Bill of Marg Software.
