How to set Discount will Auto Pick from Purchase order into Purchase bill in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, the user does not need to re-enter the discount in the Purchase bill if it is already mentioned in the Purchase Order of the selected party. This feature saves significant time by automatically applying the discount in both purchase orders and purchase bills, ensuring faster and error-free billing.

In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Pick Rates' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Pick R-Rates & D-Discounts Y-Both from Purchase Order' option, the user will select 'D'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the software will pick the discount from the purchase orders in Marg ERP Software.

Suppose create a purchase order of 'Rankbaxy India Ltd' with an item Acenederm Lot and have also mentioned 10% discount on it.

And when the purchase order is loaded into the purchase bill, the software automatically picks the mentioned discount in the purchase bill.
