In Marg ERP Software, the user does not need to re-enter the rate in the purchase bill if it is already mentioned in the Purchase Order of the selected party. This feature saves significant time by automatically applying the Rate in both purchase orders and purchase bills, ensuring faster and error-free billing.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Pick Rates' and click on the 'Accept' button.

• In 'Pick R-Rates & D-Discounts Y-Both from Purchase Order' option, the user will select 'R'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the software will pick the Rate from the purchase orders in Marg ERP Software.
