In Marg ERP Software, the user can add the other charges in the sale bill as per the requirement. i.e. Cash discount, Freight etc.

In order to enable multiple other charges fields, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Other Head'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Other Head' window will appear.

• In ‘Ask 1/2/3 Other Add/Less (eg.Freight,Packing etc.) on Billing' option, the user will select '3'.  

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.

After following the above steps, the multiple other heads fields will get enabled in the sale bill.
