If Stock Unit does not display while billing then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if Stock Unit does not display while billing, then it can easily be resolved in Marg Software.

In order to Display Stock Unit, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  •  Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Pop Up'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Popup' window will appear.
  • In 'Show Balance with Popup Screen for Y-Both/L-Ledger/S-Item/N-No' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Stock Unit will get displayed while billing in Marg Software.

1. Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's. 

2. A 'Password & Authority' window will appear > Then select the user to whom the permission is to be given.

3. A 'Marg Powers' window will appear > The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter' key.

4. A 'Powers' window will appear > The user will search ‘Popup’> Now click on ‘Accept’.

5. A 'Popup' window will appear > In ‘Show Balance with Popup Screen for Y-Both/L-Ledger/S-Item/D-Default’ the user will set ‘Y’.

6. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

7. The user will now press 'ESC' key and then click on 'Yes'.

8. From the main window, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key and then enter the user Id and password.

9. Now the user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.
