How to set Maximum Limit of Bill Discount in Marg Software ?
Marg ERP software, the user can set the maximum limit of bill discount. This facilitates the user to only issue the discount within the defined criteria and if the user gives the discount above the mentioned limit then the software will display an alert.
In order to set Maximum Limit of Bill Discount, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Dis Limit'.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Dis Limit' window will appear.
- In 'Maximum Bill Discount Limit in Sales' option, the user will mention the maximum limit of the discount as per the requirement.
- Suppose mention '10%'.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
- Suppose the user feed bill discount '12%' at the time of billing.
- Now the software will start giving an alert of 'Limit Upto % ' and set the discount as per the mentioned percentage '10%'.
After following the above steps, the set Maximum Limit of Bill Discount in Marg Software.
