With the help of Marg ERP software, the user can set the maximum limit of item discount. Which facilitate the user to only issue the discount within the defined criteria and if the user will give the discount above the mentioned limit then the software will display an alert.

In order to know the process, please follow the given steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Maximum Discount'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Maximum Discount' window will appear.

• In 'Maximum Item Discount Limit in Sales' option, the user will mention the maximum percentage of discount.

• Suppose mention '10%'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view if the user is giving extra discount then the software will give an indication of 'Maximum Discount Limit'.
