If at the time viewing sale book, the user needs to disable the 'Cross Sign' showing beside the bills then this can be disabled:

In order to disable the same, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Record”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Record' window will appear.

• In 'Required record of how many times Sales & Purchase Bills print's' option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the software will not show the record of the bills that how many times the bill has been printed.
