In Marg Software, there is no need for the user to update rates in price list after created sale bill. The user can easily update or save the billing rate in price list of item at the time of billing.

In order to do the same, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Rate Change'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Rate Change' window will appear.

• In 'Rate change save in Price List-P / Ask-Y / Askw/oP.List-W' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Suppose, the user will created the bill and change the billing rate as per the requirement.

• A 'Rate Change. Store In' window will appear where the user will select 'Price List'.

• Now, the billing rate will get update in Item Price List.

After following the above steps, the user can Update Rate in Price List when change Rate while billing in Marg Software.
